CUSTOMIZED TRIPS IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY

To make the reservation request, it is necessary to fill in the 4 steps that are shown in the calendar found on the right side of the experience section.

• Step 1 - Choose the date for your experience.
• Step 2 - Indicate the number of people wanting to do the activity.
• Step 3 - Choose any additional services you would like.
• Step 4 - Fill out the form with the customer's details and send the request for a quote or booking.

Once you have completed all 4 steps, your request will be sent. The fact that the request has been sent does not mean you have purchased the experience or that you have booked. Within 24 hours, your request will be processed and you will receive a budget for the services you have requested.

The booking will be confirmed when you pay the corresponding amount (by bank transfer) and receive confirmation from Sagardoa Route.

• 100% of the amount paid will be refunded in cancellations made up to 7 days before the activity.
• 50% of the amount paid will be refunded in cancellations made between 6 and 3 days prior to the activity.
• The amount paid for cancellations made in the 48 hours prior to the activity will not be refunded.
