The 2025 Cider Season is coming!
The cider sector inaugurates the 2025 Txotx Season on January 9 with a press event. Cider makers and representatives from Araba, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Iparralde and Navarra will participate in the presentation event. They will explain the characteristics of this cider harvest and the sector's projects, along with the tasting of the new cider.

How to do it?
- Go to www.sagardoa.eus.
- Select: What date? Food or dinner? How many people? In what province?
- According to the chosen criteria, you will see all the available cider houses.
- All you have to do is choose the cider house you like the most and confirm the reservation.
- You will receive a confirmation in your email.
And ready! Now, all that remains is to wait for the chosen date to arrive and enjoy the succulent cider house menu: traditional, vegetarian, vegan, for celiacs... All while tasting the D.O. Euskal Sagardoa (Basque cider) from the barrels, or you make "txotx" as we call it. You will be willing to repeat!
