€4.50

Haritza by Astarbe is a natural cider aged with oak wood for at least 6 months.

Details

Description: It is a full-bodied, intense, dry cider with great structure. This contact with the wood gives it complex spicy aromas that are very well integrated. At Astarbe, the aim is to produce an Euskal Sagardoa that evolves well in the bottle. Different apple varieties are used to give this Euskal Sagardoa its character, with Mendiola and Astarbe standing out - varieties that have been grown at Astarbe for centuries.

Apple orchards: They use apples from their own orchards, as well as apples from Usurbil, Villabona, Oiartzun, and Zarautz.

Apple varieties: Astarbe, Mendiola, Moko, Txalaka, Goikoetxe, and other selected varieties.

Production: Produced through alcoholic fermentation of the must from native apples, pressed after harvest and fermented in stainless steel tanks and wooden kupelas, with no added gas or sugar. After alcoholic fermentation, it is aged with oak wood for at least 6 months before being bottled unfiltered.
