Its beginnings date back, specifically, to the year 1680, when Lorenzo Irizar settled in the Barkaiztegi farmhouse from Gabiria. Since then, cider has been the way of life for eight generations. Based on tradition and using current technologies and knowledge, we get that Barkaiztegi Euskal Sagardoa cider that we love. Barkaiztegi always starts with high quality apples.
