Located in the Osiñaga neighborhood of Hernani, Olaizola is a family cider house with as much history as its old farmhouse. The pelotari Asier Olaizola and his family took over the reins of the farmhouse that had once belonged to the Eizmendi family, with the purpose of continuing with the cider-making tradition. At the moment it is Asier himself who, together with his team, is working in the cider making world. Olaizola Cider House opens its doors in cider season (January-May), when you will enjoy a magnificent cider from txotx (directly from the barrels) accompanied by the traditional cider house menu.
