Aburuza is located in a privileged vantage point, surrounded by green hills and with an spectacular panoramic view, from the Adarra mountain to the mountain chain of Aralar, crowned by Txindoki. Built among apple trees, it offers the perfect panoramic of cider’s evolution history.  From the ancient farm to the new cellar. We will go across every corner of the house, we will discover  the family’s secret for the elaboration of cider and we will taste all the products they elaborate, highlighting the Euskal Sagardoa Denomination of Origin. We will complete the visit with the traditional  cider house menu.   

We will meet at Aburuza cider house in Aduna for a guided tour visiting the corners of the house and talk about the cider production and elaboration process. The details of each cider will be mentioned and the history of the family and the farm will be discussed. Finally, there will also be the opportunity to taste a traditional cider menu.
