Guided tasting and meal at Ola ciderhouse

EXPERIENCE

We invite you to live a specia l experience at Ola Cider House, which combines history, culture, and cider. The cider house is located in a historic 13th-century foundry, and there we will begin the experience by learning about the history of the family and the building itself. Next, we will move on to the cellar, where, in addition to learning about the production process of Basque Cider, we will taste the different products they make at home, both from the bottle and directly from the barrels. And of course, we will discuss about the personality and characteristics of these different ciders. After the tasting, you will enjoy a delicious traditional menu: cod omelet, fried cod with peppers, T-bone steak, cheese, apple jam, and walnuts.

TOUR

We will meet at Ola cider house in Irun for a guided visit where you will learn about the history of the family and the house, the cider production process, and the characteristics of each cider. The visit ends with a traditional cider house menu tasting.
