EXPERIENCE

Aburuza is located in a privileged vantage point, surrounded by green hills and with a spectacular panoramic view, from the Adarra mountain to the Aralar mountain chain, crowned by Txindoki. Built among apple trees, it offers the perfect overview of cider’s evolution—from the ancient farmhouse to the current cider cellar. We will explore every corner of the house, discover the family’s cider-making secrets, and taste all the products they craft, especially the ones certified with the Euskal Sagardoa Denomination of Origin. We will finish the visit with a traditional cider house menu.

TOUR

We will meet at Aburuza cider house in Aduna for a guided tour. We will visit the house and talk about cider production and elaboration. You'll learn the details of each cider and hear the story of the family and the farmhouse. The tour ends with the chance to enjoy a traditional cider house menu.
