Description
The Sagar-Ardoa product is produced by the Oiharte cider house in Zerain. Sagar-Ardoa is made with apples used to make the Basque cider Euskal Sagardoa DO. Cider made with a single apple variety Errezil. It has a clear acid-sweet balance on the palate. It is a 6.5% alcohol cider. It is recommended to consume between 10-11°C.
