EXPERIENCE
A great opportunity to discover the secrets of the cellar with the cider maker! The Iparragirre cider house is the queen of local products. Its production of native apples, the Designation of Origin of Basque Cider and organic production are the basis of this house. We will taste them from their barrels. We will have the opportunity to visit the cellar and its cider barrels of Arantza Eguzkiza, the owner of this house. Be ready to taste her cider and eat two delicious homemade pintxos. To end this experience, the last drink will be a Beobide Organic Basque Cider to taste the difference between the new harvest and the bottled cider.

We will meet at the Iparragirre cider house in Hernani for a guided tour. If the weather is suitable, the tour will begin in the apple orchard. The details of each cider will be mentioned and the history of the family and the farm will be discussed. Finally, there will also be the opportunity to taste a traditional cider house menu.
