Alcohol-free natural cider Petritegi

We make this natural cider following traditional methods: growing the apple trees and harvesting the fruit; selecting, washing, crushing, and pressing the apples in the farmhouse presses; fermenting the juice and racking it in the family cellar. Finally, the dealcoholization process is carried out.
