The cider sector is getting ready to officially kick off the 2026 Txotx Season, which will begin on January 9th with the traditional press event. Cider makers and representatives from Araba, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Navarra and Iparralde will take part, presenting the features of the new cider, the sector’s projects for the year and, of course, offering the first txotx of the season.
