Apple juice workshop at the cider house: the autumn experience

Apple juice workshop: experience the cider house during the harvest season

The apple season, which runs from September to November, is undoubtedly the best time of year to visit a cider house. During these months, apple trees heavy with fruit and the intense aroma of cider in the cellars turn every visit into a complete, sensory experience deeply connected to the land.

Apple, cider and freshly squeezed juice: autumn at the cider house

It is precisely during this period that the cider house shows itself in its most authentic state. Visitors have the chance to taste the estate's own apples, freshly picked from the orchard, to discover firsthand how cider is made and to explore the cellars, where the characteristic smell of cider in the making fills every corner. A visit that helps you understand the natural cycle of the product, from tree to glass, in a setting where tradition, nature and craft go hand in hand.

To round off the day, the freshly squeezed apple juice workshop becomes one of the main highlights. An activity designed for all audiences, where you can taste the juice in its purest form, freshly made, with all the flavour and freshness of the freshly picked apple. A simple, educational and delicious way to discover cider culture and enjoy an experience as a family or in a group, blending tradition, product and nature.

What the apple juice workshop consists of

The workshop is a hands-on and participatory experience, where the visitor takes part in the entire apple juice making process, from start to finish. It begins with picking the apples directly from the orchard, where the fruit can be selected at its optimal ripeness. Next, the apples are mashed following the traditional method, they are placed in the press and, finally, the freshly squeezed juice is tasted in its purest state, with all the flavour, aroma and freshness of the freshly harvested fruit. A didactic and sensory activity that allows you to understand firsthand how the apple is transformed into juice, step by step.
