La Petri is a refreshing cider with 4.8% alcohol, produced by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family at the Petritegi winery in Astigarraga.
La Petri is a loving tribute to their mother Miren, their grandmother Josefa, all the women of Petritegi, and all the farmhouse women who, after finishing their hard work in the fields, tirelessly sang and danced to the music at the local village festivals.
La Petri is a refreshing, youthful, fun, unpretentious cider, perfect for toasting. It is handcrafted at their facilities using only cider apples, is suitable for a vegan diet, and is gluten-free.
Petri Rosé – Petritegi Cider House
Petri Rosé is a refreshing rosé cider with 4.8% alcohol. Petri Rosé is a tribute to the courage of young cider makers who, while respecting the legacy of their mentors, are taking risks in creating new ciders. Because new times call for new flavors. And now the apples are in their hands.
It is handcrafted in our facilities using only sweet and tart cider apples, is suitable for a vegan diet, and is gluten-free. Pink in color with notes of red berries, it is elegant and festive.
Petri Non-Alcoholic – Petritegi Cider House
This non-alcoholic cider is a tribute to Mother Earth; it's like a barefoot stroll through an apple orchard on Midsummer's Eve, a celebration of the mutual care we owe each other. Uncork this bottle of young, refreshing cider with its fine bubbles... and toast to life!
The must is made using traditional methods, selecting different varieties of sweet and tart cider apples. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, producing the base cider, which is then filtered, sweetened, and carbonated. Finally, the dealcoholization process is carried out.
Ideal for enjoying the taste of apples without alcohol.
Petritegi Extra Dry – Petritegi Cider House
Petritegi Sparkling Extra Dry cider is characterized by its fine and elegant bubbles, as well as its unmistakable character. It is made using some of the best apple varieties.
A second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method, and it is disgorged after 15 months of aging on the lees. This results in an Extra Dry cider with a remarkable balance between sweetness and acidity and a notable freshness.
Petritegi Brut Nature – Petritegi Cider House
Petritegi Aparduna cider is characterized by its fine and elegant bubbles. It is made using native apple varieties: Goikoetxe, Txalaka, Manttoni, Mozolua, Urtebi Haundi, Moko, etc. A second fermentation is carried out in the bottle (according to the traditional method) and it is disgorged after 15 months of aging on the lees.
This results in a brut nature cider with a light acidity and a remarkable freshness, characteristic of Basque cider apples. Pure and elegant, with no added sugar, designed for lovers of authentic flavor.
Petritegi Brut Nature Reserva – Petritegi Cider House
Petritegi Aparduna Brut Nature Reserva cider is characterized by its long aging. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method, and it is disgorged after 18 months on the lees. This results in a Brut Nature cider with a remarkable balance between sweetness and acidity and a distinctive freshness.
Aged longer, it is complex and has a long finish.
Aburuza Sparkling Cider – Aburuza Cider House

Natural sparkling cider made using the ancestral method. This natural process requires no added sugar or external yeast for foaming and is characterized by a fruitier and more direct profile, and finer, more elegant carbonation.
Due to their shorter aging process, they tend to be fresher, fruitier, and more direct in flavor.
ByHur Sparkling Cider – Astarbe Cider House
Sparkling cider, traditional method, aged for 12 months. After selecting the apples, the must is transferred to selected wooden barrels. Following alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the cider is bottled.
Using the traditional Champagne method, they create ByHur sparkling cider. After 12 months of maturation in the Tolare Cellar, it is uncorked and labeled.
ByHur24 Sparkling Cider – Astarbe Cider House
Sparkling cider, traditional method, aged for 24 months. A complex cider with a linear entry reminiscent of ripe apple. A complex and balanced body, with acidity and bitterness, envelops the palate, offering floral notes. A persistent finish with bitter tertiary notes.
Ama Sparkling Cider – Oiharte Cider House
Delicate, balanced, and with a subtle effervescence that highlights its floral and fruity aroma. Ideal for palates seeking subtlety and harmony. Its fine bubbles and fresh profile make it suitable for pairing with light appetizers, soft cheeses, fruits, or even as an alternative to cava/sparkling wine.
Sageztia Sparkling Cider – Iparragirre Cider House
Represents the purity of artisanal work. It is a product resulting from the fermentation of Euskal Sagardoa (Basque Cider) and Aikur honey; the honey is added before bottling to allow for a second fermentation in the bottle. Made with native grape varieties, it stands out for its freshness and elegant balance between acidity and natural sweetness. Perfect to accompany seafood and/or desserts.
NatPet Sparkling Cider – Zelaia Cider House

A naturally sparkling cider made following the ancestral method. Unfiltered and additive-free, with no added sugars, sulfites, or liqueurs. Its fermentation is completed in the bottle, giving it a distinctive sweetness and a sparkling effervescence. A unique toast for those seeking originality.
