Cider Alai Petritegi
Alai means cheerful and defines this monovarietal cider made with Txalaka apples, citrus and fresh.
Ingredients
100% local apples of the Txalaka variety collected in September in two selected plots of the farmhouses Miñegi (Astigarraga) and Agote-Txiki (Askizu, Getaria), both attached to the Denomination of Origin Euskal Sagardoa - Cider from the Basque Country.
Characteristics
Txalaka is a yellowish-green apple, acid and with lots of juice. We wanted to capture its essence in this cider and our joy for sharing with you such a special and unique product as Alai.
Tasting
Sight. Yellow color with green tones and an elegant presence.
Smell. Marked aromas of white fruit, such as apple and pear.
Taste. Acidity and freshness that produce a pleasant fruity sensation, like the joy of biting an acid apple in Petritegi’s apple orchard.
Serving
Serve at a temperature of 10ºC-13ºC. Shake it gently before opening and pour in a glass.

Alcoholic volume: 6% vol.
It does not contain gluten. Suitable for vegan diet.
