Description
Apple jam made from the Errezil apple variety.
The Errezil is a late-ripening apple. It can retain a lot of sugar, thus withering much later than other varieties. To make our jam, we use organic Errezil apples from our own apple orchard.
First, the puree is made and then a small amount of cane sugar is added.
It is a natural product made with care. Our apple jam is ideal with cheese or for appetizers.
Cider house Ola
This is a former ironworks dating from the 13th century, one of the oldest in the Basque Country, renovated and converted into a cider brewery. It is located 5 km from Hondarribia and 4 km from the beaches of Hendaye, in the Aiako Harria nature park. It offers the chance to visit a valuable piece of historical-cultural heritage, including mines from Roman times and 17th-century furnaces.
