Petritegi Cider D.O. 500

We make this natural cider following traditional methods: cultivating the apple trees and harvesting the fruit; selecting, washing, crushing, and pressing the apples in the farmhouse presses; fermenting the musts and carrying out the rackings in the family cellar; and bottling the cider.

Petritegi D.O. 500 Bostehun is made from a carefully selected blend of the finest apples from Gipuzkoa, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness to ensure maximum varietal expression and balance in the final product.

Organoleptic and sensory characteristics

• Appearance: Attractive straw-yellow colour with subtle greenish highlights. Very fine and elegant bubble.
• Aroma: Markedly tropical profile, accompanied by delicate citrus notes that bring freshness and aromatic complexity.
• Palate: Light, well-integrated acidity, allowing the sensation of freshness to unfold evenly. Its fruity character stands out, filling the palate with intensity and persistence, leaving a long and pleasant finish.
