Apple Varieties: Gezamiña 70% and Txalaka 30%
Tasting Notes:
- Visual note: Straw yellow color with a slight natural cloudiness. Leaves a light veil in the glass.
- Olfactory note: Fresh and fruity aroma with subtle notes of green apple and citrus, complemented by a light floral touch.
- Tasting note: Refreshing flavor, medium-bodied and dry, with a smooth finish that leaves an elegant aftertaste and a balanced sensation on the palate.
Pairing: Pairs well with salads, fresh seafood, soft cheeses, olives, light tapas, and white fish.
Serving Recommendation: 10-12 ºC. Storage after opening: Drink on the same day.

Cider house Ola
This is a former ironworks dating from the 13th century, one of the oldest in the Basque Country, renovated and converted into a cider brewery. It is located 5 km from Hondarribia and 4 km from the beaches of Hendaye, in the Aiako Harria nature park. It offers the chance to visit a valuable piece of historical-cultural heritage, including mines from Roman times and 17th-century furnaces.
