We will show you how to make your own apple juice. We will start in the orchards, picking apples using a kizkia, and then take them in sacks to the pressing area. Here, we will make our own apple juice by pressing the apples by hand and then we will taste it. At the end of the activity, we will go into the cellar to taste different ciders and a traditional cider house menu or a children's menu for the smaller members of the family.

You will meet our guide at the entrance of your hotel to take a small tour in the apple orchard and harvest some apples. We will after crush and press those apples. Afterwards, we will taste the apple juice you just made and after the apple juice tasting, we will go inside the cider cellar to taste differents Basque ciders and the tradidional cider house meal or children's menu.
