Fermented apple and honey drink. Second fermentation in the bottle for 8-10 months. Transparent drink with a solid amount of fine bubbles. It is recommended to drink cold and in a glass. Organic native apple and honey production.
Selection of a natural cider and run in the bottles, producing here the second fermentation using the traditional method. Aging on the lees or rhyme, horizontally, for at least 9 months. Decantation of the cider for about 4 weeks in desks by manual stirring. Degüelle and final corking. No expedition liquor is used, thus achieving a brut nature cider.
