Sparkling Cider Petritegi Extra Dry
Extra dry foamy natural cider made by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family in the Petritegi farmhouse, using the traditional method of second bottle fermentation.
Selection of a natural cider and run in the bottles, producing the second fermentation here using the traditional method. Aged on lees or rhyme, horizontally, for at least 9 months. Decantation of the cider for about 4 weeks in desks by manual stirring. Degüelle and final corking.
