Sparkling Cider Petritegi Brut Nature

Sparkling natural cider made by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family in Petritegi farmhouse, through a second fermentation of the cider in bottle.

Selection of a natural cider and run in the bottles, producing here the second fermentation using the traditional method. Aging on the lees or rhyme, horizontally, for at least 9 months. Decantation of the cider for about 4 weeks in desks by manual stirring. Degüelle and final corking. No expedition liquor is used, thus achieving a brut nature cider.
